Men On the Hill
Time for men to share their faith journey

Being Men for God

The Men on the Hill spend time learning how God's Word matches who they are and what they do as men in the world today. The men of Hillside value finding time to get together. They have time to listen, to study the Bible or a good book about their faith.

Join Pastor Patrick Coakley as he leads Men on the Hill twice each month.

Men on the Hill learn how to grow and live out their faith in the contemporary life in this world through studying the Word of God and sharing their faith journey with each other.

The meetings take place on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of the month from 7-8 PM.
They will be using the book: The Samson Syndrome: What You Can Learn from the Baddest Boy in the Bible by Mark Attebury. Copies will be provided.

Here is a brief description of the book:

The story of Samson is the perfect vehicle to reveal the twelve tendencies that can bring down strong men: disregarding their boundaries, struggling with lust, ignoring good advice, overestimating their own cleverness, and others. Written in a compassionate, funny, and practical style, The Samson Syndrome offers readers powerful ideas for making sure they use their greatest strengths to honor God in every situation. they use their greatest strengths to honor God in every situation.
